Contact
Support works without a name.
Every request, bundle and engagement carries a code. Quote the code and we can open it — without you telling us who you are, and without us being able to tell anyone else. General questions need no code at all.
The fastest way to get an answer
About a specific request — include its code. It looks like D1-GRGB-QA0J for a single request, B1-… for a bundle, or N1-… for an engagement, and it appears at the top of the request and in every email about it. Support can open it from the code alone.
Anything else — just write, and say what you were trying to do. No code, no account and no name required.
What we can and cannot see
Support can read a request, a proposal, and where either stands.
Support cannot tell a provider who a buyer is, and cannot tell a buyer which firms received their request. That is not a policy we have chosen to apply — the identity is not written anywhere a person at Rbundle can reach it. If you are asking us to reveal one side to the other, the answer is no, and it will stay no.

What to expect
Rbundle is small, and replies come from a person. We have not been running long enough to promise a response time honestly, so we are not going to.
Before you write — the FAQ may already have it. It covers anonymity, proposals, vetting, bundles and what happens to your data.
