Your referral engine works. You have never priced it.
How many hours went into networking, lunches, conferences and proposals last year — and how many clients came out of them? Most firms can quote their realisation rate to one decimal place and cannot answer that question. Rbundle is a second channel with throughput you can actually see.

Not a lead. A finished request.
A lead is a contact — sold to four or eight firms at once, charged whether or not anyone ever answers. What reaches you here is a business that has already completed a standardised form for this exact service: scope, timing, and every attribute that moves a fee.
Identity is the only thing missing, and it stays missing until someone chooses you. You are pricing the work, not the company — which is also why nobody can price you against who the buyer happens to be.
Every request carries a fit indicator in both directions: how you match what this buyer asked for, and how well this buyer fits the preferences you set. You know before you spend the afternoon.
Firms are vetted, not accounts
Verification is at the firm level — manual review, licence lookups against state boards, bar directories and the USPTO roster, and proof of E&O. Service credentials are absolute: a SOC 2 examination routes only to a licensed CPA firm, a legal matter only to counsel admitted in that jurisdiction. Verify once and every member of your firm inherits it.
A buyer's preference cannot rule you out
Only structural gates exclude: the services you offer, your verified credentials, jurisdiction, delivery mode, and conflicts. Everything a buyer states as a preference is soft — it affects where you rank, never whether you are eligible. And your verified attributes are change-controlled, so nobody wins position by editing their profile.
Sealed, one-shot proposals
This is not an auction. You submit once. Nobody sees anyone else's number and there is no second round to undercut, because there is no round two. Proposals are read on scope fit, credentials and price together — the comparison you would want if you quote well on substance.
One firm learns who they are
When a buyer selects you, their identity is passed to you and to nobody else, and Rbundle does not keep it. Firms that were not selected are told so plainly, without learning who the buyer was. You run your conflict and independence checks at that point, before anything is signed.
The case for a second channel is not that referrals are failing.
They are not. Referrals remain the most efficient channel anyone has measured — the same Kitces research below puts them far ahead of anything else firms spend on. The problem is narrower than that: referrals are unpriced, unobservable, and they fail quietly.
Buyers can name you directly
A buyer can send a request straight to firms they name, alongside the marketplace or instead of it. A directed invite reaches you whether or not you match, the email says plainly that a buyer asked for you rather than that we did, and you can respond before your verification finishes — the proposal is simply labelled so the buyer knows exactly what they are looking at.
Breadth wins bundles
Buyers can combine several services into a single request. On the marketplace a bundle reaches only firms that offer every service in it, and it is quoted as one proposal covering the whole thing. If your firm covers the full set, that is work a single-service competitor cannot reach at all.
Free to join
Creating your firm's account and getting verified costs nothing.
Free to propose
You are never charged for receiving a request or for submitting a proposal.
No lead fees
Nothing is charged for a request you do not win. Ever.
Charged only on a win
When charging begins it applies to won engagements, once.
We are still setting the fee, and we would rather say so than publish a number we have to revise. Firms joining now do so as founding providers: no cost while we are validating, and a direct line to what gets built. For legal providers, Rbundle is free during validation. We are working out the right model for legal services; any fee will be introduced on thirty days' notice.
What we will tell you before you ask
A page that concedes nothing reads like the category we are trying not to be. So here is the honest side of it.
We are new
Six services are live today — cost segregation, SOC 2, the R&D credit, the 179D deduction, IRS audit monitoring and IRS penalty abatement — with 90 more mapped and queued. Two firms have completed verification through the platform. You would be joining early, which is the whole point of a founding panel, but you should know it going in.
We are slower on quick-turn work
On short, standardised matters a firm the buyer already knows will usually be faster than a process with a comparison window in it. Take that work on cost and hours if it suits you — not on speed. We would rather you heard it here.
On commoditised work, price matters more
Where a service is genuinely undifferentiated, price carries more of the decision. That is true here and it is true everywhere else. What we can say is that it is one sealed number read alongside your scope and credentials, not a bidding war you get invited back into.
For law firms, the fee question is not settled
Whether a marketplace fee is a prohibited referral fee is a live question, not a closed one. That is exactly why legal services are free during validation while the right model is worked out. The fee structure for legal services goes to outside ethics counsel before any fee is introduced.
Create the firm's account
Organisation-level, not personal. Colleagues join it later under your approval.
Say what you offer
Service by service. Each one tells you the credential it requires before you commit.
Get verified
Licence and registry checks, proof of E&O. Done once, at firm level.
Set your preferences
The kind of buyer you want — globally, or differently for each practice.
Price the channel you already have. Then try one you can measure.
Creating an account costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You will see the requests you are eligible for before you decide whether any of them are worth your time.
Just want to send your own client a scoping form? That needs no account at all — browse the services.
