Something isn’t working
The problems below are the ones that actually happen. If yours isn’t here, write to us — a person reads that address.
Signing in
“No account is linked to this email.”
This message means exactly what it says, and it is deliberate: Rbundle will not create an account for you from the sign-in form. Three situations produce it.
- You have not created an account yet. Use Create an account on that message. It carries your address across, so you do not retype it.
- You typed a different address from the one you signed up with. Rbundle stores no name or company for a business, so there is no other way for us to find your account. The address is the only handle.
- Your accounts were closed. A closed account cannot be signed into and cannot be reopened from the sign-in form. Write to us.
Your sign-in link has not arrived.
Links are sent immediately and usually land within a few seconds. If one has not:
- Check the spam or junk folder. The message comes from Rbundle and is titled as a sign-in link.
- Confirm the address you entered. A link sent to a mistyped address cannot be recovered — request a new one at the right address.
- You can request a new link about once a minute. If you ask again sooner, you will be told to wait. Waiting is the only remedy; requesting repeatedly does not make one arrive faster. A link that has expired or has already been used will not work — request a new one.
The link says it has expired, or nothing happens when you click it.
Request a fresh one. Sign-in links are single-use and time-limited by design. A link opened in a different browser from the one that requested it may also fail — open it on the device you asked from.
You signed in and landed in the wrong kind of account.
If you hold both a business and a service-provider account on one email, use the account switch in the header. Signing in does not change which accounts you hold; it only chooses which one you are acting as.
You were invited by a colleague or by Rbundle and cannot sign in.
An invitation is claimed from the invite link in the email itself — that link is the way in. Signing in from the sign-in page with the invited address will not work before then: no account exists until the invite link creates it. If the invite email is gone, ask the person who invited you to send a fresh one.
If you are a business
You sent a request and no proposals have arrived.
Nothing on Rbundle promises a number of proposals, and no page should be read as doing so. A request reaches the firms that match it; how many respond, and how quickly, is theirs to decide. If a request has been out long enough that you think something is wrong, write to us with the request reference and we will check that it was routed.
You want to change a request you have already sent.
A sent request can't be edited — it is a frozen transaction. To change what firms see, send a new request; a sent request can be removed.
You are worried a firm could identify you from what you wrote.
Firms see the work, not the business: no name, no company name, no address, no phone, no EIN. What they do see is everything you typed into the request itself. A request that describes a business distinctively enough can be recognised from the description. Where a request asks for a longer written answer, the form says so at the field.
If you have already sent a request and are now worried about something in it, write to us rather than guessing.
You want to close your account.
Signed in, open Settings, then Accounts: each account you hold carries its own close control. A closed account cannot be signed into and cannot be reopened from the sign-in form — if you closed one you still need, write to us.
If you are a service provider
You can see requests but cannot send a proposal.
That is verification, and it is working as intended. Seeing and sending are separate gates: an unverified firm sees the requests it is eligible for, and cannot respond to them. The send gate opens when verification completes.
You are waiting on verification.
Verification is done by a person, not a system, while the marketplace is small. It is a check of the firm rather than of any individual: licence lookups against the state accountancy boards, the bar directories or the USPTO roster as the service requires, and proof of professional indemnity cover. If we are waiting on you for something, we will ask for it at the address on your firm's account.
You are not receiving requests you think you should.
A firm sees a request because it matched what the firm offers, or because a business invited it by name. There is no list of open requests to browse, so a request you never saw is a matching question, not a missed-notification question. Check the services and coverage on your firm's profile first; if those look right, write to us.
You want to revise a proposal you have sent.
Proposals are sealed and one-shot. Nothing ranks them by price, no firm sees another firm's number, and there is no second round. A submitted proposal can't be edited through Rbundle.
Reporting something
Something on this site is wrong.
If a page describes the product differently from how it behaves, that is a defect and we want to hear it. Write to info@rbundle.com.
You have found a security vulnerability.
Do not use the address above. Read the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy first — it tells you what is in scope, how to report, and what we commit to in return.
