Here at Rbundle, our goal is to get you the best professional services for the best price! We do not sell or mine your data or share it for any reason.

We collect the bare minimum of Customer Identifiable Information necessary to communicate Proposals and screen our ineligible Providers. The RFP Forms you submit using Rbundle are yours alone.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Rbundle in any form.

This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services provided by Rbundle, LLC (“Rbundle”, “us” “we” or “our”). This Privacy Policy addresses information we have collected, or will collect, about or from you, according to our Terms of Service, via websites located at www.rbundle.com (“The Marketplace”, “Marketplace”). This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to Rbundle who are not yet customers and those who become customers, whether you upload information to Rbundle, download it, or are simply browsing around.

Your Information

Customer Identifiable Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of Customer Identifiable Information required to provide form building services.

When you submit a RFP Form to Rbundle, you provide:

  • your email address,
  • the state your business is headquartered in, and
  •  your IP address.

We also collect some of this information when you contact us for more information, such as through email, chat, or support requests.

We record information about how and when you use Rbundle, including, for example, your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions you have taken within the application. This information helps us to improve our services both for you and for all our users.

How We Use Customer Identifiable Information

We use this Customer Identifiable Information to improve our Marketplace, not to mine or sell your data.

We use your Customer Identifiable Information to provide services to you and to communicate with you:

  • We use your email to send notification emails and Proposal emails from Rbundle.
  • We use your state your business is headquartered in to limit the Providers who receive your RFP Forms to those that are eligible and willing to provide the service.
  • We use your IP address to help prevent fraud or abuse of our Marketplace.

We use Customer Identifiable Information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Rbundle. We may use certain other information collected from you to help diagnose technical problems, administer Rbundle, and improve the quality and types of services delivered.

We use cookies to assist in delivering our services and to provide a positive and personalized user experience. Cookies are not required to use Rbundle. Cookies can be used to identify unique users to Rbundle and to provide you ways to simplify and expedite your use of the marketplace. Rbundle does not use cookies on your public or embedded forms, and does not track you when you fill out our forms.

Reasons We Would Share Customer Identifiable Information

We share information with authorized third parties in order to perform our service, and, with authorities, to reduce crime and abuse. Customer Identifiable Information we gather is for internal use only and we will not authorize the release of this information to anyone outside Rbundle, except as clearly described below.

We may release the information we collect to authorized third parties so they can perform functions on our behalf and on behalf of you, our Customer. These third parties have agreed to use at least the same level of privacy protections described in this Privacy Policy and are permitted to use the information only for the purpose of performing these functions.

Should you breach our Terms of Service, or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Customer Identifiable Information in order to comply with any legal obligations, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Specifically, we may release the information we collect to third parties when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our legal rights, to protect the rights and safety of others, or to assist with industry efforts to control fraud, spam or other undesirable conduct.
