Who can be an affiliate
By application or invitation, approved by us.
You can apply on our website or be invited by Rbundle. We approve or decline every application at our discretion and don't have to give a reason. An affiliate account is separate from any buyer or firm account you hold.
Your links
Two kinds: one for businesses, one for firms.
Your dashboard gives you a link for each service, which opens that service's request form, and a link for each open request, which invites a firm to propose on it. Your links carry a code, not your name.
When you are credited
The last affiliate link used, within the time allowed.
You are credited for a business when it sends a request within 90 days of last arriving through your service link, and no other affiliate's link was used after yours. You are credited for a firm when it sends a proposal on a request after last arriving through your link for that request, while the request is open. A firm must pass Rbundle's normal approval before it can propose; your link doesn't change that. The same affiliate can be credited on both sides of one engagement.
Commission
A share of what Rbundle keeps, on each side you're credited for.
When a credited request or proposal becomes an engagement, you earn a percentage of Rbundle's net revenue from it: Rbundle's fee, less the payment processor's cost and any refund issued. The rate is 25% for a credited business and 25% for a credited firm, fixed at the moment you are credited. You earn on every payment of that engagement for as long as it lasts, whether the business pays through Rbundle or the firm pays Rbundle's fee directly. A payment on which Rbundle keeps nothing earns nothing.
When commission is payable
60 days after each payment.
Commission becomes payable 60 days after the payment it was earned on. A refund issued before then reduces it. A refund issued later is deducted from your future commission.
How you are paid
By Rbundle directly, outside the platform.
We pay payable commission ourselves and record each payment on your dashboard. Before your first payment we will ask you for the tax and payment details we need; these are exchanged with us directly and are not stored on the platform. You are responsible for your own taxes.
What you must not do
The rules that protect buyers, firms and the program.
You must not refer yourself, a business you own or work for, or a firm you belong to; commission on such a referral is void. You must not misdescribe Rbundle, promise outcomes or prices, send unsolicited bulk messages, or claim to know who is behind any request. You must not try to identify a buyer.
CONFIRM before launch: counsel to settle the full conduct list (for example paid search on the Rbundle name, required disclosure of the affiliate relationship under FTC endorsement rules, and spam law) before this section is published.
Voiding commission and suspension
What happens if something goes wrong.
We may void any commission earned in breach of these terms, and we will tell you why. We may suspend your affiliate access at any time; your links stop working straight away. Commission you earned before a suspension stays payable unless we void it.
Changes
New rates apply going forward.
We may change these terms or the commission rates. A change applies only to referrals credited after it takes effect, and the date at the top shows the current version.
No partnership
You act for yourself.
Being an affiliate doesn't make you Rbundle's employee, agent or partner, and you can't make commitments on Rbundle's behalf.
CONFIRM before launch: counsel review of the whole document, including governing law (to match the Terms of Service), limitation of liability, and whether a W-9 / 1099 obligation applies at the expected payout volume.
