Before you file
A code helps. Your identity is not required.
Every Request, Bundle and engagement carries a code. If your report is about a specific one, give us the full code exactly as it appears — partial codes deliberately return nothing. If your report is general, no code is needed.
You do not need to reveal who you are, or who your business is, to report abuse. We need a way to reach you only if you want a reply.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than filing here. If your report concerns the sexual exploitation of a child, we will preserve the material and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
What happens next
Every report is read. What we did about another account stays between us and them.
We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, cancel a Request, withdraw a Proposal, suspend or terminate an account, or refer the matter to the authorities.
We will not tell you what action we took against another user's account. If you asked for a reply and gave us a way to reach you, we will confirm that the report was handled.
CONFIRM before launch: this form is a design reference and is not wired up. Confirm the destination inbox or ticket queue, whether a spam control is needed and which one, the retention period for reports, and whether reports must be logged without identity to preserve the anonymity invariant.
